The new year has deffinetly brought along some cold weather and snow into the end of our winter CSA, but it hasn't kept us from being busy growing and preparing for are next season. The 8' deer fence we are putting up around the graden areas is well underway and looking good. Although the deer don't seem as pleased about it.

We also put a new 100' hoop house in one the gardens with 3 more to follow before the end of the winter season. This should give a good head start on summer planting, and next years winter a lot warmer for are plants.

What a great summer season. The CSA program grew and sold out again. We added to new pickup locations, Lifeway and Belmont University. We also can be found at the Franklin Farmers Market and the Forest Hills Farmers Market. Our crops look great and have been abundant. We also have a dairy cow, pigs, goats, ducks, Gennie hens, and llamas, roaming the property. All this has been a lot of work, but very rewarding. The Student Share CSA Program has been a success, and we are looking forward to many semesters providing nourishing food to Nashville's students.
